Groove & Connect

A Dance Movement Therapeutic Group

for Babies, Toddlers, and Mums/Dads/Carers -

Dates: 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th November 2021, 10-11:30am

Come and join us for moving and dancing to the music! The “Groove and Connect” Group aims to have fun, bond with your child(ren) and connect with other caregivers through movement. This is a pilot project and the facilitators hope to run a support group regularly in 2022.

For whom is this group?

This group is for those who would like to be emotionally supported and socially interact with other children and parents/caregivers to build friendships. This is a closed group where we will have the same families throughout the period, so that we will be able to deepen social interactions and keep us connected. If you are particularly experiencing isolation or feeling a need of being supported, please come and join us. This group has a therapeutic supporting element and we hope to support your early parenting journey for families. Families with NDIS participants are most welcome too.
